Task description:

Assist the customer according to the standards and procedures established by VINCI Park.
Guide and inform the customer on the parking lot concerning the rules, procedures, opening hours etc.
Ensure the moving of the vehicles of the customers while offering an excellent customers service according to VINCI Park’s standards and of the owner of the parking.

Follow the rules of the parking concerning keys
of cars.
Closed sections of the parking if needed.

Follow procedures in case of accident and towing of vehicles.

Keep the workplace clean all times.

And other related tasks to the position.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 3 years required with standard and automatic cars.
Class 5 Driver’s license with good driving record.

Experience in customer service will be considered an asset.

Must be able to express both in French and English.

Enjoy working with customers.

Ability to work in a team and alone.
