The new rate for a monthly pass is $240 plus HST, which can be paid by credit card and/or pre authorized bank withdrawal. The facility will be professionally managed by VINCI Park Services (Canada) Inc., as of July 1st, 2011. VINCI Park is proud to be managing the parking operations on behalf of Whiterock REIT for the Sussex Centre located at 50 & 90 Burhamthorpe West in Mississauga commencing February 1st, 2012.Sussex Centre I and II rise 15 and 16 storeys respectively and together comprise 657,503 square feet of rentable space including 64,020 square feet of retail space. The property has approximately 165 metres of frontage on Burnhamthorpe Road West and 100 meters of frontage on Sussex Gate inclduing 1,509 underground parking stalls. Further information including monthly parking sign up and tenant “meet and greet” shall be forwarded soon in early January.
